For nearly 20 years Westward Distillery, based in Oregon USA  have been bringing something unique and new to US Single Malt Whiskey, and are an industry leader for American Single Malts.

There are no short cuts, Westward seek perfection by creating quality and flavour in every step of our long, slow process.
Westward whisky is brewed using artisanal American Ale before being distilled twice in custom low-reflux pot stills and matured in new, lightly charred American Oak barrels.

This Single Malt has been crafted from locally malted barley and matured in lightly charred New American Oak Barrels before being finished for up to two years in French Oak Pinot Noir casks from Oregon’s Williamette Valley Wine Country.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet fruits, toffee and milk chocolate

Palate: Continued toffee caramel, with notes of nuts and light spice

Finish: Long lasting, sweet with dried fruits
