Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Floral and spicy aromas leads to rich blonde caramel, dried apricots and lashings of orchard fruits.

Palate: Toffee like texture, rounded and velvety with stewed orchard fruits, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, violets and marzipan.

Finish: A long and rich finish with orchard fruits, toffee and some subtle spice.
