A limited edition release of Mars WA BI GIN to celebrate the first anniversary of the new Tsunuki distillery. Finished in refill Japanese oak whisky casks and bottled at navy strength, only 270 bottles of this gin was produced and each bottle individually numbered.
Tasting Notes
Nose: delicate notes of yuzu, followed by ginger and spice.
Palate: Green tea and juniper, with hints of citrus fruits, kumquat, yuzu and green tea.
Finish: Subtle spices; saigon cinnamon leaves, shiso and shell ginger.
