Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Orchard fruits of ripe pear and apple mingle with honeydew melon and summer fruits. Some soft honey sweetness and wafts of garden herbs balance out with extremely well integrated oak.
Taste: Summer fruits of strawberry combine with mango and ripe pears, waxy and oily very much like a Clynelish would be remembered. Honey sweetness, plenty of ripe fruits and creamy malty notes.
Finish: Long and fruity with poached pears and honey syrup some spicy oak, creamy banana and fresh mint. A wonderful whisky.
