Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Plenty of oak with sweet aromas and slightly floral. Green fruits take the lead of pears and apples. Taste: More green fruits and sweetness with plenty of oak. Some spices of nutmeg and cinnamon. The mouthfeel does have a soapy effect. Finish: Lots of sweet spices, plenty of drying oak, liquorice, and creamy mint ice cream.
