Hibiki Aged 21 Years Japanese Blended Whisky (700ml)

Volume: 700ml           ABV: 43%           Age: 21 Years Old          Country: Japan

“Hibiki” to the Japanese represents harmony, and so the name symbolises this unique marriage of malts and harmonious blend from Japan. The sweet floral aroma of the hand-selected matured malts combines with a natural wood essence to create a truly distinctive whisky with full-bodied taste. The 24 faces of the Hibiki bottle represent the 24 seasons of the age old Japanese calander and celebrates the ancient tradition of “Sekki” which has been honoured for centuries. The front label is made from “Washi”, hand-crafted Japanese paper.

The Hibiki range has become extremely popular and sought after, not just in Australia but around the world. This blended whisky from Suntory does not get any better than this expression which has whisky as old as 21 years added to make this the perfect blend.

After being awarded the 2009 Best Japanese Blended Whisky 21 Years and Over it has never failed to follow up with similar and greater awards. In 2010, 2011, 2013 and again in 2016 it has won World’s Best Blended whisky and continues to perform on all levels.

If you have never tasted it, now is the time, if you do not have it in your collection, now is the time. There is a very limited amount of this award winning whisky available not just in Australia but around the world. The time is now to purchase a bottle and be the envy of all your friends. Just incase we have not sold you on how good this is Jim Murray creator of ‘The Whisky Bible’ rated this whisky 96 out of 100 in his 2014 edition. He described it as “Unbelievably balanced, and dangerously drinkable”.

We understand that this may be a collectors item however here are our tasting notes should you wish to enjoy what has been created inside the bottle.
