A very unusual release from Edradour which sees one Edradour ex-Sherry cask being combined with 3 Ballechin ex-Bourbon casks creating a beautiful balance of smoky sweet whisky and creatively being named a Double Malt – Double Cask – Cuvee.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Pencil shavings and dark chocolate, plenty of dried fruits and earthy smoke.
Palate: Fresh malted barley, delicatessen meats, a touch of honey and a helping of red wine sweetness.
Finish: Luscious spices and long finish.
