Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Overall, very fruity; sliced Pink Lady apples on a sweet buttery sponge base, with a drizzle of treacle. Then a slow developing floral note, possibly orange or Jasmine? Palate: The taste is initially very buttery, especialy with the addition of a little water, and now there’s a hint of lemon sherbet sweets. The latter is well translated in the taste. Finish: Sweet and slightly fizzing, then smooth and lightly mouth-srying with lingering coconut in the aftertaste. Very well balanced and universally pleasing.
