Using the wisdom and the extraordinary skill of their Master Distiller Michael D’Souza, the six row barley that is sourced from foothills of Himalayas, the unique micro climate and the pure waters from Goa Paul John Single Malt is able to capture the wonderful aromas and flavours we would expect from our favourite whiskies.

Paul John whisky is oily with plenty of fruity notes, honey sweetness and also rather floral as well as creamy.

The Peated Select Cask expression is a single malt bottled at 55.5% abv. Using solely peated Scottish barely to produce a delicious peat fuelled single malt. It has been matured solely in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and bottled non chill-filtered at cask strength.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Malted barley, toasted walnuts and peaty smoky earthy notes. Tropical fruits and salted caramel.

Palate: Earthy notes and BBQ smoke, icing sugar and tropical fruits with a touch of spice.

Finish: Flourless orange cake and subtle spice.
