Using the wisdom and the extraordinary skill of their Master Distiller Michael D’Souza, the six row barley that is sourced from foothills of Himalayas, the unique micro climate and the pure waters from Goa Paul John Single Malt is able to capture the wonderful aromas and flavours we would expect from our favourite whiskies.

Paul John whisky is oily with plenty of fruity notes, honey sweetness and also rather floral as well as creamy.

The Classic Select Cask expression is an un-peated single malt bottled at 55.2% abv. It has been matured solely in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and bottled non chill-filtered at cask strength.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Stewed apple pie, poached pears and vanilla pastries.

Palate: Honey sweetness fills the palate and accompanied with cinnamon, nutmeg and freshly cracked black pepper. Orchard fruits are juicy and compliment the dark chocolate.

Finish: Orchard fruits and oak with lingering spice.
