Our Tasting Notes
Nose: It’s floral at first which is quite a surprise for Highland Park. It has lots of fruit and a little lemon citrus. Some chocolate finds its way to the front with fruity warm spiced poaching liquid. Taste: Minty chocolate which leads to lemon cheescake and toffee sweetness. A waxy, sooty whisky that balances well and delivers some oak. Finish: The finish shows plenty of fruit with salt and peat smoke.
