Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Ripe stone fruits, figs, dates, prunes, vanilla caramel, citrus peel and barley sugars.
Palate: Fruit compote, toasted figs, luscious caramel, summer berries, black pepper.
Finish: Summer pudding with berry coulis and black peppercorns.
