A collaboration between Japan’s leading bartenders and Mars Whisky. Due to the delicate manufacturing process the production volume of each batch is only 400 litres. The base alcohol is distilled from rice and all botanicals except juniper were produced locally in Kagoshima prefecture. This is the very first batch ever produced, batch #001 which is commemorated on the label.
Tasting Notes
Rich in Japanese citrus fruits, with a fragrant green tea and Juniper essence. The gentle sweetness of this gin makes it perfect to drink straight or with soda, also recommended in a gimlet or blending with citrus juice like orange or grapefruit.
