Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Bonfire smoke combines with honey sweetness then there’s some wonderful zesty citrus notes coming through. Grapefruit and lemon. Salty sea air and raw sponge mix.
Palate: Big and oily, grapefruits stands out as does the peat smoke and now some lime. Slightly minty.
Finish: The citrus keeps going and combines with the smoke well. Lots of fruits and salty sea air.
