Elysian Whisky Bar – Dram Pack Five (180ml)

Designed to support our local bars and restaurants survive during this unprecedented time we have created a series of whisky tastings pack like no other.

This pack will support The Elysian Whisky Bar in Fitzroy, Melbourne. This bar has been at the centre of the Australian whisky industry for many years now achieving the highest awards possible and delivering exceptional customer service.

Whisky 1

Glen Moray 1998 Aged 17 Years – Liquid Treasures (30ml)

The final bottle in the ‘Ocean Wonders’ Special Edition series. Distilled in 1998, matured in a Bourbon Cask until 2016 before being bottled at 56.3%. The whisky was distilled at Glen Moray in the Speyside region of Scotland. Only 215 bottles produced.

Glen Elgin 1995 Aged 23 Years Old – The Whisky Agency (30ml)

A 1995 Glen Elgin single malt, matured in a hogshead for more than two decades, before being bottled by The Whisky Agency in 2018. 48.2% abv

Whisky 3

Westport Aged 21 Years Blended Scotch Whisky – The Whisky Agency (30ml)

Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2018. Matured in an ex Sherry hogshead for 21 years. Only 164 bottles produced. 56.9% abv

Whisky 4

Clynelish 1995 Aged 23 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Signatory Vintage (700ml)

This single cask single malt whisky was distilled at the Clynelish distillery before being placed in a refill Sherry butt and left to mature for 23 years. In June 2019 it was bottled at 56.4% abv as part of the Signatory Vintage cask strength collection.

Only 592 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution.

Ardmore 1998 Aged 20 Years – The Whisky Agency (30ml)

An independent bottling of Ardmore single malt from The Whisky Agency. Distilled in 1998 and bottled 20 years later from a single hogshead. 51.7% abv

Samaroli ‘S Peaty 1995 (30ml)

A rare independent bottling by Samaroli which consists of whiskies sourced from selected distilleries producing peaty single malt.  Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2017. 45% abv
