Our Tasting Notes
Nose: A fresh malt barley layers lingers, subtle sweetness and a little earthy perhaps some varnish. Some freshly squeezed apple, lemon peel and barley sugars.
Palate: Muesli with fresh milk, malted barley and green apples. French pastry and stewed pears. A little buttery and plenty of acidic features. Touch of oak and very fresh.
Finish: Refreshing and malty with citrus and plenty of length,.
