La Cofradia Los Cofrades Extra Anejo Tequila (750ml)
Volume: 750ml ABV: 40% Age: No Age Statement Country: Mexico
For over 50 years, La Cofradia have been distilling and bottling Tequila and it is with this length of experience that has made them one of the finest and best in the market. Producing top quality products with high quality agave using traditional methods but in a modern industrial plant. Their tequilas are bottled in blown glass or ceramic bottles.
La Cofradia (NOM 1137) was the original distillery that produced the now much sought after Clase Azul Tequila.
Los Cofrades is the flagship release from La Cofradia. The origin of this brand name is because of its long ageing of 32 months in white oak barrels giving it extra anejo qualities. The meaning of the fraternity is a brotherhood’ a group of people coming together for a common good. The elder person is called “cofrade” formerly respected in the community for his wisdom. The character is accompanied by his staff, a clear symbol of hierarchy of this man.
