This was bottled exclusively for Premium Scotch Importers Pty Ltd to celebrate 10 years working with Springbank importing products into Australia.
It was distilled on the 3rd of November in 2000, this unique single malt was matured in a first fill ex-oloroso Sherry hogshead.
Only 276 bottles where made from the cask #651, making this a very rare and exclusive bottling!
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: A rich whisky with dried fruits, sea spray, stewed plums, toffee sweetness and a touch of smoke.
Palate: The palate is viscous, very chewy. More dark fruits but now maple syrup and smoky embers.
Finish: Long and delicious. Polished oak and more dark fruits and smoke.
