That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
We will be joined by Sam Simmons, Head Of Whisky at Atom Brands owners and producers of That Boutique-y Whisky Company Independently bottled whisky and spirits. Sam will give us some facts on the history of the independent bottler, talk us through six whiskies and also deliver any juicy gossip that may be going around in the industry. For those of us who have not heard of Sam before he was previously at William Grant & Sons where he worked as global ambassador for The Balvenie – a position he had held since 2010. Sam is also A Keeper of the Quaich, he has also held positions at The Scotch Malt Whisky Society and The Whisky Exchange, and founded the Dr Whisky blog.
We will also be joined by Denver Cramer joint owner and founder of Denver & Liely who are better known for their creative and innovative glassware. Denver has had the pleasure of taking part in intimate tours of distilleries across, Scotland, America and Australia to name a few. His knowledge of the industry has allowed him to friend some influential names in the industry whilst also spruiking his famous glassware. Denver has a close personal and business relationship with the Atom Brands team and will talk us through six whiskies whilst also elaborating on his love of fried chicken.
Grab yourself some fried chicken, six glasses of whisky and some much loved local water and join Sam and Denver to discuss the stories on the labels of some famous bottles of whisky produced by That Boutique-Y Whisky Company.
