Back in 1824, before George Smith founded his licensed distillery the Glenlivet Valley was a natural choice for the Illicit whisky trade. Many distilleries would operate in secret, hiding from the law and operating small copper stills in ‘Bothies’. This is where George Smith slowly learned how to distil, honing his skills to make what is now known as signature fruity Speyside Whisky.
The Glenlivet has always resinated as one of the world’s smoothest and flavoursome single malts. This expression is no different. Aged for no less than 12 years and bottled at 48% ABV

Nose: Expectedly fruity flavours, with elements of Vanilla and tropical coconut
Palate: Citrus fruit with an almost spiced or nutty notes
Finish: Slight hint of spice at the end, continuing fruits
