The clear liquid breaks all the rules in whisky making and the flavour profile will keep you guessing on how it was produced. It’s probably not a whisky that will be copied or produced again but whilst it’s here we may as well enjoy its unique look, delicious taste and savour the hype.

It’s a perfect cocktail mixer, a superb whisky flight beginner and even a collectors piece. Only 556 bottles produced.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Plenty of cut fruit, fruit salad of melon, apple, banana, kiwi. Sherbet dib dabs, white pepper.

Palate: Still plenty of fruit and a touch of oak. Very clean freshness and oily mouthfeel.

Finish: Stewed fruits and candied zest.
