Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Walnuts toasted in honey, splashes of lemon citrus and hints of oak.
Palate: Pear tarte tartin with vanilla ice cream and shards of salted caramel. A few rather elegant spices and a little dash of smoke.
Finish: Freshly ground creamy oats and a slight smoky spice from the charring of the barrels.
